Stayed at many B&B's through the years and we can honestly say this is #1! The Proprietor, Ann Marie clearly has her heart in everything she does. The gourmet breakfast is something you don't want to miss. The house is spotless and decorated with personal mementos and antiques. Ann Marie is a very personable lady, and a delightful host

We had a reunion in Boston and were looking for a little time alone prior to busy week. We hunted through Google until we came upon Josephine's. The reviews were so overwhelmingly excellent that to be honest, we thought that it might be friends of Ann Marie's writing them. We are seasoned travelers who have experienced both good & bad surprises.
Came to Hull late September for 50th high school reunion. It was phenomenal experience but it was made much better because of Anne Marie and her marvelous B&B. It was comfortable, cozy and a complete delight. On top of the charm of the place was the warmth of its proprietress. (Is that a word?) Breakfasts were wonderful and the company was even better. You can bet if I can make it back to Hull again, we'll stay at Josephine's.
What a great experience, the overall accommodations, atmosphere, view, room, food, & personal attention all exceeded our expectations. We took several brochures & have given them to our friends. We will definitely be back. If you are in the Boston area ... trust us, you will be very happy.
If you want to step back in time when life was less stressful and yet still have all of the amenities of the present day, Josephine's Bed and Breakfast is the place you want to stay. You feel right at home with the coziness of the rooms, and you cannot beat the food, hospitality of the owners, and the view of the water. I have been to many Bed and Breakfasts but this one is the best by far. Love it. Will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to the Boston area.
Beautiful b&b very close to many nice attractions and a short ferry ride from Boston. Loved every minute of it. The proprietor Annmarie was extremely friendly and made an excellent breakfast. Would most certainly stay there again if I was in the area.
