HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGMENT. LIVED THERE FOR A YEAR HAPPILY AND WHEN NEW MANAGMENT TOOK OVER, LEFT WITHIN 24 HRS. weird creepy landlord that lingers in the halls all night. Makes you sign a visitor log if you have people visit. The building is in shambles and he's doing cosmetic work to cover it up just so he can hike up like closet sized rooms to 200$ a week. It's a rooming house not a "weekend getaway lodge". sand the floors and put a few coats a paint on the wall and it still doesn't change the fact it's one step above a transitional living/halfway house. Smh
